23 system prompt files gutted from ~1500 to ~300 lines (-843 lines). Plan mode no longer prescribes rigid 5-phase workflow -- says "follow CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md for planning workflow" instead. Core prompts (doing-tasks, tone, tool-policy, main) collapsed to Pi-style minimal. Feature prompts (insights, learning-mode, skillify, mcp-cli, hooks, chrome, task-management) trimmed to essential structure only. Includes spec, README with setup/version-switching docs, and code review fixes (restored dropped hook events, URL guard, template newline, feature refs, section headers).
