Valentyn Shybanov 380e701b39 Added missing updateParams method 
According to documentation, `updateParams` method existed even in 1.3 but it was missing in `IRouteService`. Added this missing method.

Michael Tiller 60caa355e5 Including types from angular-ui-router 
This change to the module definition allows both classic CommonJS imports
as well as new ES6 style imports, e.g. import { IState } from 'angular-ui-router';
