Fix Bluebird nodeify() when not passed callback
...
.nodeify() will return the Promise it was called on, not void, when no callback is passed.

Update Bluebird typings to 2.x and fix some issues:
...
- 'Old' typings moved to "-1.0" version
- Not all v2 methods are added yet
- Promise also implements Inspection
- .finally() doesn't get the value in its callback
- .done() returns void, not a Promise
- Add .tap() and .setScheduler()
- Add error types for use in e.g. catch()'ing specific errors
- Inspection.error() renamed to .reason()
