- Modified parameter names for moment.utc(...) methods to match those
for the similar moment(...) method overloads.
- Ensured all moment(...) methods have a moment.utc(...) equivalent.
- Added tests for all newly added overloads.
- Added missing tests for some existing overloads.
Moment.js version 2.1 added a new zone function which takes either a number or string and returns a Moment, see here: http://momentjs.com/docs/#/manipulating/timezone-offset/ . So the definitions for that function should be added to this file.
The 'develop' version of the TypeScript compiler requires all generics to be fully specified. I believe these arrays should all be numbers: http://momentjs.com/docs/#/parsing/array/
This enables each definition to have a readme if necessary.
Also a .json metadata file to help with package managers.
And last, to have different versions of the definitions.
