`by`	OptionalNullable[components.ChatGenerationParamsBy]	➖	The provider sorting strategy (price, throughput, latency)	price
`partition`	OptionalNullable[components.ChatGenerationParamsPartition]	➖	Partitioning strategy for sorting: "model" (default) groups endpoints by model before sorting (fallback models remain fallbacks), "none" sorts all endpoints together regardless of model.	model
