Tony S Yu	41ea3ba7fd	Add line profile plugin back in. ... I saved a copy of the line profile plugin in a branch and then deleted the plugin from the main qtmpl-viewer branch. Tony S Yu	f47312a3d1	API Change: Attach ImageViewer to Plugin after init. ... Plugin is now added to the viewer using an inplace add on the viewer instead of on initialization of the plugin.
