Summary: 13 year old girl gains magical powers and uses them to protect the world and do awesome scientific research.

The first lots of chapters are a blast but the last chapter, in my opinion, jumps the shark. [Suddenly things have] (#s "escalated beyond the mortal level into something of a Rage Against The Heavens fight, which always leaves mere mortals either irrelevant or, at best, looking like ants. Either way, it's not nearly as much fun as relatively even matches where the difference is brains instead of author fiat and the villain carrying the Idiot Ball (toying with the opposition, etc).")
