Perhaps you can do it like /u/alexanderwales does it, by providing epub+mobi+pdf to Patreon backers.

I made a very rough first version of an epub for the chapters until now: http://www.mediafire.com/download/sbuokbsb8r0b53j/JunctureTest_-_C.J._Shields.epub
It's missing the chapter list and a lot of formatting, but it seems to be working.
