Kei is really good at criticizing her team's plans, but bad at making plans of her own. As a step to help begin remedying that, could she try adopting the perspective of an enemy, poking holes in their current strategies or defensive arrangements? Sort of reverse Red Teaming things.

It's... possible that she may be mentally incapable of actually making plans herself. We don't really know enough about her bloodline to say for sure. That is something I hadn't thought of suggesting, though; do you have an account at SV to make that suggestion in-thread yourself?
