Hi Looking for fics where strategy and game theory is used, preferably by both sides. Any suggestions?

The Manga Liar Game contains a lot of Game theory.

Seconded. The first volumes are annoying, but it gets a lot better when the games start becoming more complex, and the main female character stops holding the Idiot Ball.

She's where I learned about the idiot ball

Conned Again, Watson

(Definitely not rational, but with a consistent worldbuilding) Golem in the Gears by Piers Anthony, 9th book in the Xanth series

Times Rub Gregory Benford (1975)

You could try No Game, No Life.

While I found No Game, No Life enjoyable, it suffers from that the main character makes guesses about the game on unsufficient evidence and always is right because he's just that awesome.
