rowanc1 eeae3ec783 Changed LogicallyOrthogonalMesh to LogicallyRectMesh and updated all dependencies. 
LOM --> LRM

removed LomView.py, and put plot grid code inside Mesh code.

Added tutorial style introduction to the mesh.
