dlavati 052018d8b5 Set utf-8 encoding for reading the logo (#54) 
This appears primarily in Windows CLIs, see #48.
Also `termios` is not supported on Windows, however I haven't yet looked into an alternative.

interfect 32b5c441b0 Note that the game can run without CUDA, slowly (#57) 
I have it running on my CPU just fine out of the box. It isn't using all cores, either, which could probably speed it up a lot.

Apparently -x and -s do not affect this parameter.

Increasing popularity doesn't do any good.
