* Support multiple authors for story and no author for chapter.
* Make chapter rating optional.
* Detect chapter (and thus, story) "adultness" by either rating or
editor warning, whichever is present.
* Add first chapter summary as story summary, parse as summary
either a dedicated attribute or freestanding text.
