lhchavez fb751fa376 Fix 'CP Violation' and 'B factories' upgrades 
The upgrade did not change the value of the CP Violation research.
(Fixed #91). The 'B factories' upgrade was also wrong, increasing the
value by 2 instead of multiplying it.
